Where is everyone?

Huzzah! Happy to hear you and your BFF get to sail together!

So excited.. my cruise went MIA from the Carnival website for a few weeks.. well it came back today, and my BFF just called and was able to book a room on the same trip! I was worried that all of the people changing over from cancelled radiance trips would take up all the rooms.. nope! She will be 7 rooms down from us. Not too bad! A few other friends are looking to go with us as well.. I just will be doing my let's sail dance (kinda like a rain dance) so all 2021 sailings get to go!

Now we both are in the get in shape mode LOL We will see how well that goes

Winter here is good. This is a 4 season cottage bought so we can retire here in 1 year. We are working on a few improvements .. I am almost completed the bathroom overhaul I began over a year ago and we have a kitchen make over in the works. I am much happier here than in the city.

I can see Corona changing the landscape of office jobs for the future. People like working from home and businesses will see that they may not need all of that expensive office space. Both of my brothers are working from home until the end of the year and they love it. One of my brothers would consider moving out of L.A, if he could work from home permanently.

Working from your cottage is a nicer office then any corner office in a high rise, better view, quieter, more relaxing and a much better morning commute

Glad you are okay. Sorry you won't be cruising as planned. When you work from home from your beautiful location, it isn't such a hardship. How will it be during the Winter?

Doing ok here. Have been on vacation for a week but back to work (from cottage) tomorrow for 3 weeks and then another 2 weeks of vacation (which was supposed to be for a NE cruise). Just found out our work is on voluntary work from home now until January 4.
