We got another 5 1/2 inches of snow overnight until about noon today. I also learned how to cruises not listed in my past cruises on this site. Before I listed the closest possible date. Somewhere along the way, Cruiseline has made it easy to add ships and dates no longer in the inventory. I finally was able to put the Holiday and Destiny on my past cruises.

I certainly looks like a Christmas card; during the day with the bright blue sky and at night with all the Christmas lights bouncing off the snow.

Just spent nearly an hour on the phone with a fantastic representative for Southwest Airlines, arranging air travel for our Riverboat cruise. We had funds from canceled trips that would expire before we would use them, funds that fit into the time parameters and points. She managed to get everything done better than I even hoped. She said after 9 months she isn’t surprised or fazed by any requests!

Our went up a bit earlier than normal this year. In fact the whole neighbourhood was the same. We are usually one of the early ish ones getting the lights and what not up but this year, even though we were earlier than normal we were one of the last in the neighbourhood to do so. Must have something to do with people feeling trapped and down and needing the cheer.

He is a terrier mix.. I think his mom is a terrier mix and his dad was a pomeranian mix.. friends of ours that we race with have the mom who pretty much adopted them LOL so we will help pay for the shots etc they already got and drive to get it. They are about 2 hours away from us, so that will be a fun drive! He is the biggest one out of the litter and has such a sweet face. This was taken about 2 weeks ago.
