I used to get a six pack of the little graham crusts and make one pie and six mini pies for the kids!

I had a key lime tree in my yard ... Used to make Key Lime Cheesecake:

(2) 8 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

3/4 cup Key lime juice

Cream above together, bake in 2 Graham Cracker Crusts (or make your own) at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Combine 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 TSP vanilla - spread on top of baked cheescake and chill......

I also make the above minus the key lime juice for regular cheesecake ....

I have to visit a key lime shop in Cocoa Beach to take some treats home to our grands. They've never been to Florida, but they love anything key lime that we bring back.
