One is from a cruise that had issues from last summer, and 2 are from my 2 canceled ones from this year.. they applied 2 on my last one, and the lady told me yesterday there is a special department that takes care of it and it can be done.

So we shall see!!

It has definitely been a while. New position at work has had me crazy busy but things seems to be settling down a little bit. Big Smile

Sweet!! I have 3 FCC's to apply.. think I can fill it out 3 times for it to get them all?

There is actually a form that you can fill out to have your FCC transferred to your new cruise.

I do not have a PVP.. i tried to use my dads, but his email and extension didn't work. I guess he is no longer there, or maybe his extension changed...or my step mom just didnt send me the correct info LOL

Took me over 4 hours to actually speak with someone and get the cruise i had a reservation hold on semi booked. She was unable to open up the form for all of the other FCC's I had to use on the sailing. So she used the FCC from the cancelled one from yesterday to essentially be my down payment, and i have until the 18th to call and apply my 2 other FCC's.

How do you get a PVP?! It would just be nice to be able to call one person and not hear that on hold shpeel for hours

I know its been a while. I hope everyone is ok with all of the craziness with these cancellations. This morning our July cruise was cancelled. I was really looking forward to it. So I booked a cruise for next May and will be booking another cruise for July 2021. I really hope that everyone has been staying safe and healthy.
