It's been 60 days of quarantine and I am a bit stir crazy, but at least I've been with my best friend all this time. Hope you are all doing well and staying safe!
I’m here. Just patiently waiting until my January NCL cruise.
We had snow last night and most of the day. Woke up to an inch on the ground which was mostly melted by 9 but then it snowed on and off in showers (more like squalls) all day. At one point visibility was down to about 4 car lengths. For about 5 minutes and then it was all melted 5 min later.
I second that! Hope a cure/vaccine for the virus is found soon. That it is inexpensive to make and we can all return to cruising!
And return to just going out to eat or walking along the beach. I'm going a bit stir crazy, it has been to hot to even go for a walk.

Am in my house can’t wait for the lockdown to be over
Well I just got off the phone with my new PVP (Thanks Pinkie!!) he was able to get everything sorted out, and re-booked me on the Aug 9th Freedom trip that I had on hold.. He had to put me on hold for a bit to speak with a special agent (incident dept) and when he came back on the line, he said they found some credit the last person didn't apply.. so all of my FCC's were applied, i got the $300.00 on board credit AND $413.00 back!
Now if we sail, I will probably be lucky to get the $413.00 back by then.. if so i will use that to book excursions. If not we have $300.00 OBC to use. I did call him yesterday afternoon and left a voicemail, I told him I knew how swamped they all were, and to please get back to me when he had time. He thanked me for being so patient, kind and good spirited about the whole situation. He also said me having the reservation hold helped a lot as there were no more balcony rooms available.
I told my son last night we may not go this year, and we still may not. Who knows.. And he understands.so I am not going to tell him I managed to re-book so we can surprise him. He will start Kindergarten a few days after we return so I am hoping we can sail-abrate him starting "big boy school" on our cruise
Awesome! I am glad it worked out as hoped!

I totally understand. I have been battling with getting bronchitis since I was very young so I usually walk into the doctors office and tell them what is going on and what they need to give me so I can hurry up and get out of there. I have learned over the years how to get what I want without going into the office even because its a waste of a co-pay and both of our time honestly. This is the longest I have been fighting with a cough and it seems like it is rearing up again. The doctor has another round of antibiotics on hold at the pharmacy just in case it started up again. I figure I will probably have to call today or tomorrow.
I am sorry to hear how long you have been battling it. This is his first time and I sure don't want it. Stay well.
My DH is a retired doctor and rarely even goes to another doctor when ill. He ended up in the ER and that's where he was tested for both. He is a rotten patient and just can't understand why he isn't well in two weeks. He is getting better every day, but not fast enough to suit him.
