It's 90 today in HTX with a feels like temp of African Serengeti.. i melt just walking to my car at 7 AM

I envy those of you who have snow, or cooler temps. Summer arrives in HTX way earlier than the rest of the US, and sticks around way too long.

We have one inch of snow and it is still snowing, in my little corner of Colorado.Surprised

Welcome to May in the NE

Saturday here was Beautiful...mid 70's, intermittent cloud cover, and just a generally wonderful day...Yesterday was more like Mexico weather...high 80's, pop up thunderstorms, and sparse cloud cover.

today it is 52 degrees and cloudy. (-_-)

This last week we had record breaking rain in Los Angeles......now for May record breaking can be 1/2" in a day. Today is sunny and mid 60's.

Ah .. what a beautiful long weekend (here on the north side). A weekend at the cottage to rake and burn the leaves and clean everything up. Temps today are low 80s but with humidity feels like mid 90s. Water is still quite chilly but as the locals say about Lake Huron ... No salt, no sharks, no problem.

Could be a gift from the North Koreans...something we were told not to worry about etc etc...

Be careful, it could be an illusion! Wink

Theres this bright thing shining outside my office window...I feel like I have not seen anything like it in weeks...

I hope you enjoy this adventure. It will certainly be different than those you normally do. It will probably be warmer inside the ship than on the weather decks, so pack accordingly.
