It was by far one of the worst cruises. I've been one in life. and that includes getting food poisoning.. the staff on the ship were absolutely fantastic, despite being overwhelmed with the number of people on board, particularly the youth under the age of 18. These children had 0 respect, manners or decen. Count how many children that were well behaved on my 2 hands, out of the 900 under 18 on board. Two families ended up getting kicked at the first port. And it seemed so at a few other ports as well. The teens coordinated attacks against eachother and staff/security pushing their way into the adult club every night when it was 18+. Drunken teens being goven alcohol by strangers and parents alike..... Pure insanity. The ports were fine. Puerta Plata, stay in the terminal area, wayyyyy more to do.

Holiday cruise 12 days. Absolutely beautiful weather and entire time! Highly recommend Holiday cruises to create memories during the holidays. Great crew on-board. Looking forward to my next trip

Overall the cruise was good. The staff is amazing and try to give you the best experience possible. I wish there were more produced shows on the cruise. So much lounge singing I can listen to. DO NOT book cabin 9802.

Disappointed. Hope this is not the case for most Bermuda cruises. Knowing there was bad weather around the Bermuda area- think we should have redirected a lot sooner and found some calmer seas.

Very disappointed. First Norwegian cruise for experienced cruisers, but we won’t be won’t be coming back. We made the best out of a bad situation of missing the port. That was a problem, but to us on the cruise felt lied to and deceived by the ship just so they could keep money and put our lives in dangers

we never landed in Bermuda due to hurricane like conditions, was vomiting for 2 days straight, will never go on a cruise again

It was a combination of disappointments and frustrations mixed with having a really fun time with my friends.

We never made it to Bermuda. The ship was dirty, tables were not wiped down between parties, staff was rude, entertainment was poor. It was a complete waste of money. The spa was overbooked and they could not accommodate the people that bought packages. I ended up getting very sick because of how dirty the ship was. I would never recommend Norwegian. The customer service is poor. Everyone that was on the 12/16-12/21 cruise should be fully reimbursed. Norwegian lied to all of us and was dishonest. Never again with Norwegian.

We tried to make the best of it but overall extremely disappointed. There should be more staff on board to be prepared to handle all of the demand in case the ship doesn’t dock at its destination. The ship was also way too cold in the hallways, the AC was blasting when it was freezing outside. I ended up catching the flu because of how cold it was. I’ve been on a lot of cruises in my life and this one was the worst experience I’ve ever had. This was supposed to be a fun mother daughter trip and it was honestly the biggest waste of time and money. Not happy at all with how it turned out. Would like to be compensated in some way to make this better.

Our cruise was wonderful and we really enjoyed ourselves.

We got a great price for the cruise. This allowed us to book a Suite for the 1st time. We haven't cruized since Feb 2020. A big plus. I caught Covid on the cruise. A big negative. Many people were coughing heavily by the end of 10 day cruise. Most who are coughing are not wearing masks.

I was not happy at all and also had an issue which wasnt handled properly !!!!!

I don't think I would take another Norwegian cruise. Very disappointed

Great cruise. The embarkation and debarkation do not fun as smoothly as Celebrity Cruises do. It may be something NCL should research and revise. They do not enforce dress codes in the dining rooms like they should.

A mixed bag. Attraction to cruising once was ease of traveling. Now almost as many reasons not to go on a cruise again as there are to go. At some point cuts to services and quality will affect decision to continue cruising. I understand cruise lines are still coming off the effects of pandemic but long term cruisers will eventually say "enough".

Great restaurants, phenomenal entertainment, desserts were average,, entertainment in the Tropicana was too loud could not hear others at our table and adult pool area was very small with 4,000 people on board. Great staff but felt this ship is more geared to servicing the haven (for more $$) and to families with children. Never had a bad cruise, weather can’t be predicted and it was fabulous cruise.

We enjoyed visiting the many Caribbean Ports and touring a few of the sites. The ship's entertainment was the best. The bartending was great also. We might have enjoyed more excursions at each port but time was very limited for each port call.

This was the worst cruise on Norwegian line after 4 previous trips with them. Food & entertainment has gone down dramatically. They never pushed jewelry shops on St. Thomas (like Diamonds International) & little time off ship, especially getting dark early. It became very dangerous with stores closing. Some store owners said that they didn’t expect many shoppers considering the time of arrival. I understand that many cruise lines are trying to recover from Covid but that is no excuse for poor food quality & entertainment.
