Review summary
We never made it to Bermuda. The ship was dirty, tables were not wiped down between parties, staff was rude, entertainment was poor. It was a complete waste of money. The spa was overbooked and they could not accommodate the people that bought packages. I ended up getting very sick because of how dirty the ship was. I would never recommend Norwegian. The customer service is poor. Everyone that was on the 12/16-12/21 cruise should be fully reimbursed. Norwegian lied to all of us and was dishonest. Never again with Norwegian.Embarkation
