It was very surprising to see so many people at the terminal. Previous cruises were very little people and easy boarding.

The dining areas were wonderful. We are Platinum members and were invited to the Latitude party, Never have I felt so humiliated in public before. We were sitting by the stage and one waiter served us some crackers and cheese and that was it. We never get a drink to go with those crackers. It was after the program ends that another guest complained about his table and ours and to make it worst all others around the stage could see that we were not valued. Where is the Caribbean Night where people always looking forward to enjoy different varieties? Totally disappointed.

The shows were great. The music was terrible. In all my cruises I have never taken a Caribbean Cruise and not hearing Caribbean music. This was very disheartening. People take Caribbean Cruise to get a Caribbean feeling and what in God's world happened on this Cruise. You need a Caribbean Band with good singers, why would you have your band playing dinner music and singing songs to put you to bed. Please Contact Julie in Miami and ask her how to entertained Guests. We did two Cruises with her and she was just amazing please ask for her support.

The ship is beautiful but the layout for the Bliss is totally ridiculous. Rain caused the glow party to be relocated from H2O but where else do you have to accommodate people half the size of H2O, you should have a secondary location to accommodate people. This is people vacation that they both planned and saved for and they need the enjoyment.
Cabin / Stateroom

The Cabin was fine and the Steward was very friendly and helpful.
The ship did not go to this Port . We were told that it's weather related. They could still stop somewhere else instead of having us on sea for three whole days.
