We had a fabulous room steward, JR from the Philippians. Room 10316. He was extremely attentive and friendly. My husband and I were very happy with him. When we left New York and we wanted to sit on our balcony, I requested a blanket of which he provided us, and our day on the balcony was one of our most treasured experience of this cruise. In the Tropicana Restaurant we met our wait staff of whom were the first to call us by our first names right from the start, made us feel like family. Kim Andres and Gel were fantastic!!! They were so personable and worked so hard to make sure we were always happy with our meals. We requested their section each and every evening we had dinner there. Loved, loved their service!!!

We loved the aft balcony!! We spent most of our vacation sitting out there. No hassle to find a chair as we had our very own private space.
