The mirrors in our room were never cleaned. We had an awful noise and vibration that shook the TV and pictures on the wall as well as the beds. Very hard to sleep. We complained,but nothing was done

Maybe cruising isn't for you. You chose that cabin, but somehow it's the cruise lines fault. You complained just about everything, except trying to enjoy your cruise. I think NCL has great tasting food, but as the old saying goes......some people aren't happy unless they are complaining about everything.

Cabin 9912. Is at the rear over the engines. NCL could not fix this for you, you chose a bad room.

Sorry you did not enjoy your cruise. We went on the Getaway and loved it. Sounds like your cabin was in a noisy location. Where was your cabin?
