Very disappointed. First Norwegian cruise for experienced cruisers, but we won’t be won’t be coming back. We made the best out of a bad situation of missing the port. That was a problem, but to us on the cruise felt lied to and deceived by the ship just so they could keep money and put our lives in dangers
Embarkation

Long slow lines. Even after you checked in you had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to get on ship. Then you had to wait again in long lines to check into your muster station. The problem, that was theme throughout the trip was that they are inconsistent using technology. For example you could have people upload passports in the app prior to boarding. You could have your room keys scanned at muster station. It wasn’t a good process. The only good process was parking at the port as long as you reserved a spot a head of time.

Food and Dining

Food was decent. Drinks were good, but long lines at bars frequently. Also the free time dinning isn’t good. If you don’t have a reservation it is a good wait and even if you have a reservation there is a decent wait.
Onboard Activities

There were decent activities but always crowded and not enough. The illusionarium was not utilized enough and the atrium is too small for the number of guests.
Entertainment

Shows were ok. I have elementary kids and they weren’t super impressed by the selections compared to other cruise lines
Children's Programs

Not enough staff and room for kids. We waited over 45 mins before the program even opened and couldn’t get a spot. Tried multiple times and couldn’t get in.
Service and Staff

Multiple staff members were not friendly or outgoing. Some were but too many were not. Could have been because staff was stressed as there were rumors there was a Covid outbreak among the staff that was not reported to guests
Ship Quality

Only complaint is there weren’t a lot of places to put dirty glasses
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was fine and clean, but our tv broken was was removed for over 8 hours and the ship didn’t provide updates for when it would be back.

Don’t go. Save your money and go to a different company
Herded like cattle in long very slow lines without updates and provided misinformation by staff telling us to leave rooms when there was no where to go
