Review summary

Overall the cruise was good. The staff is amazing and try to give you the best experience possible. I wish there were more produced shows on the cruise. So much lounge singing I can listen to. DO NOT book cabin 9802.

The food is great. The wait for the food is where the problem comes in. For restaurants without a reservation your wait to be seated can be anywhere from a half-hour to hour.

The musicians on the ship are great. But I would have enjoyed more staged shows. Only two productions for a 12 day cruise is not enough.

This cabin was located directly above Syd Norman's bar, which held karaoke almost every night until 11:30pm. We could have sung along like we right in the bar. I would not recommend this cabin.

Getting off the boat was fine. I don't know if this is a Norwegian issue but had to wait over half-an-hour for a porter to help us with the luggage.

Great review. Glad you were able to enjoy your cruise, even tho “Syd Norman’s was your downstairs neighbor…”. Thanks for that stateroom tip! And, thanks for including Syd Norman’s in your review. Another cruiser had recently asked if Syd Norman’s was still part of the entertainment lineup. I don’t recall which NCL ship they were referring to. Thanks for sharing & happy cruising 🤩⚓️😎❣️‼️
