Review summary

We tried to make the best of it but overall extremely disappointed. There should be more staff on board to be prepared to handle all of the demand in case the ship doesn’t dock at its destination. The ship was also way too cold in the hallways, the AC was blasting when it was freezing outside. I ended up catching the flu because of how cold it was. I’ve been on a lot of cruises in my life and this one was the worst experience I’ve ever had. This was supposed to be a fun mother daughter trip and it was honestly the biggest waste of time and money. Not happy at all with how it turned out. Would like to be compensated in some way to make this better.

Staff were all friendly and respectful, but felt there wasn’t enough staff to handle the demand of the ship. Had to wait a long time to sit at any of the restaurants. Could not make any reservations even though the pamphlets we were given said we could. Would call guest services and sometimes wouldn’t get a response. Called room service and would get no response. Had to call two or three times before someone picked up but had to wait at least ten minutes before getting a response. And then had to wait an hour for our food.

Clean enough but thought it could be cleaner

Room was good, felt like the balcony could have been cleaned better though. Also find it completely ridiculous that we have to pay ten dollars to watch anything. I’ve been on many cruises in my life and we’ve always been able to watch something for free on the tv and this time we could not. Also ridiculous that you pay $10 for a movie and if you forget to save it, the movie disappears and you have to pay again the next day.

There was bad weather so we could not dock. I know you can’t control the weather but extremely disappointed we didn’t get to see Bermuda. No one books a cruise to stay on the cruise the whole time.

Sorry about your disappointment in your cruise, but actually there are people who cruise for relaxation and not the ports. And there's people like me that don't do anything onboard the ship, like no entertainment etc and just check out the ports and relax.
