Quick getaway
We have been on many Royal cruises, and we now look at the next thing that has been taken away. I hope that somebody in the decision position takes a close look at what is happening. We are Diamond Plus, and it is less important on every cruise.

Royal keeps changing things up?
We have been on many Freedom Class ships, and they are all about the same. I think that Royal Carribean needs to rethink all the changes. I feel that they have sold out all the Diamond Plus privileges (The Key, Boarding, Suites...) Every time it is a new experience. Gratuities are once again rising, and service is once a day. I think that they might want to look at the competition. We have spread our choices out since the surprise affect is not good.

Restaurant Experience is a loser
We have been on many cruises, and it is a shame to see that we are being nickeled and dimed. I understand cutbacks are needed to increase the bottom line but if you cut back enough then you will need to find new clients. Our Diamond Plus benefits are now for sale. The Key!!!

Royal Does It Again
We have been on many cruises and the Allure is one of the best for a large group going from five years old to sixty-six years old. Always something to do if you want. Great staff and excellent customer service.

Great Job
We have travelled on Celebrity Summit a few times and they have always been top notch. This cruise is great for a getaway but no exciting ports of call. If you are looking for a relaxing time, we recommend looking into the Summit.

Nerve racking
I have been on the Divina before and I think that if it was this way last time I would not have wasted my money and time on this cruise. We have taken eight cruise since the industry was allowed back. Overall this was the worst.

Better than expected
We normally travel on the major competitors so we where worried about all the stories that we have heard. I think that MSC Devina went all out to prove the stories wrong. Pleasant surprise. We now have a cruise planned on The MSC Seaside and are bringing our family with no hesitations.

Short Trip On Our Favorite Line
This was a casino cruise and I understand that the ship has a limit's due to it's size and age. With that being said I think RCCL should stop some of the cutbacks on their top tier levels. I heard many times how they are now neck and neck with a competitor that I will not mention. We have two more cruises booked on RCCL then we have two cruises booked on a competitor. They are forcing us to look for the old RCCL cruise experience.

Short Getaway
This cruise was a casino cruise for us. We had an inside cabin but did not spend much time there when awake. All the crew that we interacted with was top notch. Small ship and easy to get around.

We had a very good time. We have been on The Majesty before and they know that they are a service industry. Cuba was an education seeing how the government takes care of the people. I understand why this system is not a good system.

Good Cruise
My wife and I decided to take a cruise with our grandchildren. Our grandson turned thirteen on this voyage and our granddaughter is ten. This is their fifth cruise and they are diamond status. My wife and I are diamond plus status. Embarkation out of Port Everglades was flawless as well as disembarkation. The ship was recently refurbished, and it is well maintained. Our cabin was a standard cabin but had good service and was well maintained. Our dining room waiter and assistant waiter were on top of their game. It was a short cruise, so the menu was good but nothing to rave about. Basic RCCL menu. Lots of things to do around the ship if you care to do so since it has been updated with slides, virtual reality dome as well as all a freedom class ship was built with. Entertainment was good and we had a headliner that we paid to see in Las Vegas. Terry Fator. We had one port, Cozumel that we have been many times before. We did the swim with the dolphins and had a good experience.
Now the problem: The teen youth program disappointed us, went to find my grandson and was told by the person in charge my grandson was not there. We had an appointment and my grandson was supposed to come with us. I made a mistake by not checking the room and thinking that the person in charge knew what they were doing. My grandson was in the room and when we came back from the appointment, he was mad that we did not come and pick him up as we promised. What made it worse is that the employees manager defended him. By the way if you want to use the controller for the video games you must leave your sea pass card, so they know where it is. I guess I just do not understand what is important!!!! If it was not for all the other well-trained employees, I would have second thoughts about RCCL. Please understand that I hope this was an isolated incidence since we think very highly of RCCL.

Relaxing short getaway
This was a short getaway cruise. The Miami cruise port is always a hastle for us since the paring is expensive and there are not many alternatives out of the port. Boarding the ship was a breeze and all was ready when you came aboard. Cabins are available at one PM but the Diamond and Suite lounges were accesable earlier. We are Diamond plus and we do not see any big differance being Diamond or Diamond plus. Had a few very small problems onboard but the crew was very intentive and went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you RCCL. Nassau is played out since we are not beach people and been there many times. Coco Cay is under construction but does not hamper a beautiful day. At you food venue on Coco cay they had a roast pig that was different and nice to see. Burgers, ribs and hot dogs get old. Disembarkation was faster then stated on the paperwork. Overall I feel that RCCL, The Mariner of The Seas and of course the crew deserve a thumbs up....

Enjoyable And Relaxing
This cruise was just a quick getaway and met all our expectations. Like the freedom class ships. The only regrets that I have is that RCCL seems to be cutting pennies and it is starting to show. Less crew, more nickle and dimeing.... Please do not become like your compitition.

Celebrity at it's best
Entertainment was top notch, food was above par, crew was attentive, ship was well maintained. Captains Club hostess was a pleasure to deal with and very accessible throughout the cruise.

Great time
A great family cruise. The Allure Of The Seas is massive but never overwhelming. We had a party of six, ages 7 to 60. There was something to do for everybody. I think that the ship and crew where top notch. In Jamaica we decided to visit Green Grotto Caves and must say that it was a good decision. We all agreed that it was informative and entertaining. The guide was a pleasure and could be working at any theme park since he made the tour. We have previously used the Allures berth in Fort Lauderdale and it was a nightmare. Much improvement and more traffic control in the terminal. Looking forward to my next voyage.....

Good Time While On Board
On departure the port lost electric and there was no back up plan. Four hours to board a ship? RCCL seemed lost to as what to do. After boarding the ship the cruise took a turn for the better. All the shows where what we expect from RCCL and then some. Cozumel was great but we have been there many times so at was an easy port. The problems started when we returned to Fort Lauderdale. We had a departure number but nobody on the ship was calling numbers so we where told to wait for our number. As a diamond plus member we thought that it was taking a long time (2+hours) we decided to go from studio B and see what was going on. We where told to get on a line that circled through the dining room at a snails pace when it moved at all. After getting in the terminal it was a new disaster, no RCCL help at all. Everyone was in a cattle drive. I am not sure that this is a diamond experience. We never had anything like this happen before?????

Did not get off ship. I have been there many times and have not been impressed. Maybe for the beaches but we are able to do that at home.

Parking is twenty-five dollars a day. Traffic is bad getting to and leaving the port. Make sure that you get a precise location of your car since system is confusing.

If you are looking for the Royal Caribbean experience I do not suggest this ship. If you are looking for an easy laid back cruise this might be the cruise for you.

You will get a cruise compass each night. Look at over and mark down what sounds like you would like. Carry it and look at it or you will be missing what the ship has to offer. Use main dining room whenever possible. Buffet is good but not the dining experiance you deserve.
Not into watersports and not much else to do there since we have been there many times.
People are very friendly but we have been there so many times that it is not exciting. We decided to take a cooking excersion and that I will give five stars. Great time, great people, great drinks and lots of fun.

Allure of the Seas
The dining room is the place to eat meals. If you are unable we found many optional venues to eat. I am not a big fan of the buffet since it becomes a free for all. The Windjammer was good it is the massive amount of people that turns me off.
