The casino was good, but the host was not up to par. Still waiting for an email from the corporation to resolve a problem. Sent in questionnaire and Loyalty ambassador was handling the problem....

Sorry that the rating is so low, the casino host brought it down. We are Prime members and never a greeting or acknowledgement. Last day was a cattle drive and the crew needed to find the Host since there was a line waiting for a half hour. More information was obtained from other guests then Host????
