Please make SURE that the extra charge for Laser Tag and Racetrack is better posted prior to guests booking their cruise. It was a disappointment to my grandchildren that they needed to pay extra.

Overall, a very nice trip that fulfills a bucket list item. Thank you NCL for making it extra special!

Too confined! My fault for getting a inside cabin, I dealt with that but I just felt so confined during the whole trip! Always on ships schedule. Dinning room was the best of all! Food was superb! Servers and Supervisor excellent! Always looked forward to dinner! Entertainment was Very Good!! ELEMENTS was fabulous! All in all just too many people on board and in ports. Especially when with other ships in Port.

I liked the cruise. The boat was not as fancy as I thought it would be. The only other cruise I have been on was a Princess cruise. That boat had many fancy decorations. There was only one really fancy chandelier and a glass staircase on the Norwegian Joy.

Really enjoyed the experience. We took our family of 14 people (Babies, kids and adults). There was something for everyone.

We had a wonderful time on the cruise, like I had already said, we were not happy about the fact that the travel agent told us we were right near the elevators, we were not and so therefore we had to do a great deal of walking and between my husband's bad back and knees and arthritis, and my very bad back, the walking back and forth all the way to room 11110 was not helping the matter. Someone needs to tell the travel agents to look at the map and make sure that they are getting elderly and disabled people closer to the elevators. Thank you for giving us a fantastic vacation, next time, give us a stateroom closer to the elevators.

I was blown away! The cruise exceeded my expectations! We would definitely do the same trip again. Norwegian is a great company. Just wish they would have worked to get our rooms closer together. We booked the cheapest inside room and ate only at the included dining spots and can't imagine why anyone would need to upgrade. Love the whole experience.

My wife and I really enjoyed the Alaska cruise on the Norwegian Joy. The ship was very beautiful and the services throughout the ship were exemplary. Although we loved the food and services at the specialty restaurants (Cagney's, Le Bistro, Teppanyaki), we also enjoyed dining at the buffet and the complimentary sit-down restaurants. The exotic Indian curries at the Garden Cafe buffet were mouth-watering. Kudos to chef Logan and Praveen - your lamb shank curry and chicken tikka masala were outstanding. We should have asked you for the recipes! For outstanding services, special compliments also go to Elsie and Joan from Le Bistro, Yundus and Makora from Cagney's and Adrian from Teppanyaki. What can I say about the entertainment crew? Each and every one of them was outstanding! Unfortunately, I do not recall all the names, but Krystle, Arvin and Yanique come to mind. Thank you Krystle for teaching us to sing "This Is Me" and preparing us to perform in front of an audience! Last but not the least, the stage shows - Elements, Footloose and the magic of Pj Wen - are not to be missed. They were just outstanding!! All in all, a highly memorable cruise.

Alaska was amazing and everyone on the ship was great and nice. The issues were with the website, app, WiFi, etc. we felt like we were being charged extra for everything and not given the full story about what charges there would be. Just be warned. For example we upgraded our WiFi with the understanding the promotional credit we got would be used toward the few. That wasn’t true. Also our friends who booked direct through Norwegian were treated so much better and got s better price than us (who booked through United)

Great cruise. Need more time at the ports time was to short to do an excursion and explore. Room acs did not work well. Great cleaners very clean ship ! Enjoyed our family time!

The Alaska cruise was awesome, a must to do if you can. The scenery is like "God" country.

Great cruise with beautiful scenery. Alaska is a beautiful place. I wish we had been able to see the Dawes glacier on our cruise, but due to the calving ice we were not able to make it. We had a very relaxing time, and had a great mix of things to do and relaxation on the trip. There was plenty to keep our teenage son busy on the boat. There were so many unique things to do on this boat like laser tag and Go carts that we have not had on other cruises. we had a wonderful time

This was our first cruise and Norwegian knocked it out of the park. Everything was well planned from the moment you booked. We signed up for three more cruises and can’t wait to experience other ships. However I would have to say the Joy was truly enjoyable.

The ship was modern and mostly well laid-out. Elevators were always busy. Racetrack and laser tag were somewhat gimmicky and could have been done better, but probably not worth the amount of space devoted to them. Mini golf small and almost impossible to find. Buffet was usually a better option than the food in the complimentary restaurants.

We very much enjoyed Alaska but were very disappointed with Norwegian. We both smoke and the only place to do so was at the very back corner of the ship away from everything. There was about 50 of us crammed in the corner. There was no shelter from the rain and the cold. We missed all of the entertainment because we didn’t know you had to make reservations. We have cruised many times on other cruise ships and have never had to make reservations for the entertainment.

A little different type of cruise as this one has much more ability to interact with nature if one desires as well as watch it while sailing.

We enjoyed the ship; it was beautiful and modern. Most of the crew was friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. I am saddened at the amount of hours employees have to work. 10 to 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, for months is unreasonable. People should get a day off a week to recuperate and enjoy the trip.
