This was our birthday and anniversary trip. The ship and its amenities were great.

Cruise was ok, do not recommend NCL. NCL is dishonest and hides fees and service charges. They have a $20 daily service charge for ship associates that we don't have contact with. Why should we have to tip all ship staff. Doesn't NCL pay their employees out of what we pay upfront? I have talked to many of my relative and friends and have come to the conclusion that NCL should be avoided at all cost.

Overall a good trip with stops in Nassau and Stirrup Cay

The cruise was very nice, clean ship, food was great. The cabin was a bit small, but clean. Loved the bathroom.

My mom wanted to do a cruise for her 80th birthday and I accompanied her; she's a regular cruiser. This was my second Norwegian Cruise and to be honest, I wasn't that keen after the first one. However, I had a wonderful time and met some wonderful people who will be my friends for a long time. The quality of food was great. The staff on board were knowledgeable and welcoming. The entertainment coordinators (especially Zandy. the solo cruiser's co-ordinator) suggested activities that were great for the younger and the young at heart members of the group. I'll definitely be back on Norwegian again, the cruise bug has bitten!

This was our first cruise so we really don't have anything to compare it to, but it went very smoothly and we were happy with all the services provided. We ate at the Q for our one night specialty restaurant and it was amazing. Loved everything about the cruise! Can't wait to sail with Norwegian again!

Enjoyable given limitations. Limited entertainment and dining.

Food and services are not as expected. We may not go for NCL again.

Food in buffet was not tasty, food stations were few, and generally overcrowded during lunch and breakfast. Complimentary restaurants should be opened for a longer time during lunches and dinners.

We had a wonderful time. Food was excellent. Ports were awesome.

Loved the areas we saw. Would go back to see them.

Great scenery and experiences off the ship. The ship needs a makeover...

A very nice cruise overall. This was our 4th NCL cruise in about two years so it is time to try another cruise line - for a change. This was the first time we booked thru an independent cruise company (previously booked direct) and I was very pleased. Our cruise consultant, Kimberly Lindsey, was a pleasure to work with. (Going thru an external booking company provides addition perks that going direct does not.)

Overall nice cruise but could be improved. Excursions booked with the cruise line need improvement. Each one we did with them was delayed departure for no reason. Excursion person actually lied to everyone about delay in NYC excursion. Entertainment on the ship was ok, but have had better on other cruises.

Great time, super crew. We will be using this line a lot more in the future.

This cruise is at the top of my all-time best cruise itinerares. The weather was perfect and no rain. All ports were quaint, and people were very helpful and friendly. Halifax was my favorite. Peggy's Cove is what you picture of a quaint fishing village. Don't forget to make room for a lobster roll at Tom's. The Titanic Cemetary was very moving, and I learned much more about this tragedy on this tour than I knew.

Norwegian has cancelled 2 cruises that we had booked for 2025. The only compensation is a refund of the money you have spent except the Cruise First credit and a 10% discount on the next cruise. That doesn't even pay for the 30% cruise price increase. They won't honor the price you paid when you booked. We went on this cruise seeing if Norwegian Joy had really improved. Sadly we weren't impressed.

A wonderful cruise for sure. We did it back to back with the cruise from NYC to Quebec and booked the same cabin both ways. The trip was perfect.
