In the past, cheap cruises gave perks. Not this time. Will be looking for other travel agency.

Extra charges for so many things included on other cruise lines. Ship is lovely for families, activities for all ages. Public areas are VERY LOUD!

This was a bucket list trip. Along with the dolphin swim, I was able to check off many boxes. Traveling with friends and family was phenomenal and NCL made it possible for us to experience and explore Bermuda and a great cruise experience.

The cruise was amazing. We truly had the best time ever. I can't wait to do it again!!

It was disappointing when you save up your time and money for a vacation and couldn’t get one decent meal, and we are far from food snobs!

We chose this cruise because in late April we realized we needed a relaxing break and a cruise without the need for an airport would be ideal. Norwegian was not our first choice but was the only cruise with availability for the dates we wanted. As such, it served its purpose, total relaxation. However, I probably would not choose it again.

We spent 7 days onboard the Joy on our way to Bermuda. Food and service were both outstanding. Entertainment was also good. Definitely check out the Elements performance as well as the Beatles Tribute band! Both are very popular so be sure to arrive early to secure a seat. Some of the common areas get quite crowded during peak times.

Very dissappointing. Too crowded. Will never do another NCL.

The food was amazing. We traveled NCL several years ago and were not impressed but they have done an amazing job and now I would rate them better than Royal based on my most recent experience.

Been to Bermuda a few times, its a beautiful Island, lots to see

As mentioned in the title of my review ( BJ's travel fumbled the ball )...Was expecting to see a bottle of wine, chocolate covered strawberries and water...None of these were in the cabin and Cruise Services were not willing to accommodate , for nothing was listed in my profile...

This was our 6th cruise with NCL. We prefer NCL free style cruising and want to experience all their ships. And now that we are Platinum Latitudes members we get extra perks, like extra specialty dining dinners, priority embarkation, and we always do free-at-sea so we get the drink package, flights (buy one get one), some excursion $$$, some free internet minutes (just perfect for us), and other things. So looking forward to all these perks on our next cruise on the NCL Bliss to Alaska in September.

PLAN way in advance, Make your Specially (paid) dining reservations at least 3 weeks in advance and the same for the production shows. Study all the decks in advance so you know what is where. Do your homework! I even asked on the NCL website what day tthe one production was on... so you can plan accordingly. Also enjoy the OBSERVATION LOUNGE... but on port days it is suppose to be for some hours A QUITE ZONE (NCL needs to have large signed at the entrance and then again in the room. The hogging of deck chairs is still a MESS. and those that do, can be very obnoxious even when a chair is empty for an hour or more. AND IF YOU LIKE THE PRODUCTIONS SHOWS OF THE PAST, PLEASE LET NCL KNOW, THE NEW CHEAP USE OF GAME SHOWS is exactly that = = CHEAP. Plan in advance and ENJOY

We have cruised mainly on Royal Caribbean (RC) in the past and have also been on Celebrity, Carnival and Princess. NCL was fine when compared to RC and the Joy seemed to have many more bars and complimentary dining options.

Great family trip. Staff and ship were exactly what we were looking for

Multiple service failures that really dimmed my first Platinum cruise and first time in a ( non-haven) suite. Tried to resolve onboard and after but they just don't care. I'd save your money and skip eating at Q. Bar and entertainment are good but food and service were terrible

Please avoid this if you are handicapped. Avoid this Nickel and Dime cruise line, those on disability don't travel this ship. Consult ADA prior to sailing, if you don't they will lie to you, I know by experience 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😔😔😔

While I know a lot of people like the various games, I miss the shows they used to have.
