Relaxed. Good food and drinks. Overall enjoyed. Had an internet package of 150 minutes and spent 100 of them getting on the internet. The internet on cruise ships should be free. Boycott internet on ships.

Overall, the cruise experience with NCL was less than expected. It felt like there was a lot of "extra" fees and tips once on board. The excursions were hyped up but was actually a stretch of the truth. Not sure I can do NCL again if this is how they are now doing business. This was our 3rd NCL cruise and I used to recommend them, now I cannot.

I felt I was robbed this time with Norwegian Joy. The food and dinner were disappointing... dessert was awful, NOT ONE SINGLE dessert impressed me. The drinks, poorly decorated, not even a strawberry or cherry. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed sometimes. Most of them were friendly, just a few isolated staff members were kind of grumpy (specially the server in Food Republic)

Nice clean ship, Bar service was outstanding. Music everywhere and was Super. Best food yet on any ship I been on. Would sail the Joy again. A lot of options to do onboard, slides go karts ect. nice big pool deck with two pools.

THE SHIP WAS EXTREMELY OVERCROWDED BUT I WAS IN THE HAVEN WHICH IS VERY PRIVATE. THE MAJOR PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE DINNER FROM THE FIRST NIGHT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. ORDERED FOUR DIFFERENT ENTREES ,THEY WERE SO BAD I WAS FORCED TO ONLY EAT AT THE SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS AND PAY EXTRA. DO NOT GO ON THIS CRUISE IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD. YOU WILL BE FORCED TO ONLY EAT AT THE SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS AND PAY ALOT MORE MONEY.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable cruise with great food and entertainment and wonderful staff. However, embarkation was a bit frustrating, and the ship was absolutely packed, so patience with elevators and crowds was required.

Cruise was very crowded. Never was able to have a lounge chair outside by pool or a chair in the garden cafe (buffet area) to seat and eat. The pools and hot tubs were crowded and only two pools one for adults only and the other for kids. I will not do another cruise again until they figure out the over crowdedness and make more amenities like pools and hot tubs that are enough for the cruisers to enjoy.

This was a great cruise some little tidbits of disappointment but the ocean was so calm great days all the way down and back 3rd cruise this year did this last minute because very affordable

Very nice experience, staff were very nice and customer service oriented . Internet assistances staff needs to be increase and the mattress needs to be replace for a new one .

Enjoy yourself, don't compare to other ships or cruise lines, you chose this ship, so explore and enjoy it all. The Joy is a great ship, with great staff, some amazing foods and lot's to do for those who like to go go go ... but also lot's of different spaces to hang out in if you want a more quiet vibe.

Had a great time. Met lots of great people. Ship is great and shows we're good.

First ever cruise, throughly enjoyed & will definately do another. NCL did everything well, I'm not one to sit in daytime entertainment so did our own thing however there seemed to be plenty going on to keep you entertained if you wanted it.

We had a good time for a family cruise. Would avoid sprint break in the future if we can for a slightly less crowded vacation bit anytime you are sailing is better than week in Canada in March.

The 15 day Panama Canal cruise we highly recommend! The clientele are older fun group with many international cruisers. We had a great time.

This cruise could not have been any better than it was. This was definitely one of our top cruises, if not the top one. The crew was phenomenal. The best staff we have had in quite a while. Every single crew member was so friendly. No complaints at all.

Was ok beside the lack of shows and stub. Seemed like there was not much more then bar hoping and eat honestly. Had Bingo and stuff but thats minute stuff

So much promise, and with little effort, it could be great in the feature, but it currently misses the mark. Here’s a list of suggestions: 1. Improve embarkation and disembarkation procedures so that it doesn’t take more than 30 minutes to get on and off the ship. Norwegian had the right idea by asking people to choose an appropriate time for getting on and off the ship, but then they didn’t enforce it. They also need more staff to help get people in and out of the ship more efficiently. 2. Fewer people, or more activities. With 4000 passengers, there just wasn’t enough for everyone to get on activities. More free activities as everything just seemed like a way to nickel and dime the passengers for everything. 3. Longer time at ports, to allow passengers more options for getting on and off the ship and to explore the ports beyond the touristy shops right on the port. 4. Better trained staff, setting clearer expectation for how things work and help passengers determine which packages make sense for their lifestyles and which didn’t. 5. More interesting food choices and fresher food made on board. I’m hoping these suggestions are taken to heart as my intention is to provide constructive feedback for the betterment of passenger’s experience. Hopefully future cruises would be more enjoyable, or fewer and fewer people will choose to cruise with Norwegian.

Having tried RCL just before my NCL cruise to Bermuda, I am more and more convinced that NCL sits in the top tier of the cruising industry. First to start with the food quality at the buffet, whether it is for breakfast , lunch or dinner is amazing. Coffee and juice stations are available throughout the ship. The observation deck of the ship is out of this world. The staff might fall a little short in terms of friendliness but it is ok, they are doing what they are being paid for. One room of improvement would be the main dining room. They need to upscale their menus. But still it is ok.
