Review summary

Cruise was very crowded. Never was able to have a lounge chair outside by pool or a chair in the garden cafe (buffet area) to seat and eat. The pools and hot tubs were crowded and only two pools one for adults only and the other for kids. I will not do another cruise again until they figure out the over crowdedness and make more amenities like pools and hot tubs that are enough for the cruisers to enjoy.

Workers assisting us off the boat on the docking in NYC were rude and made us walk the farthest way from our cars with heavy luggage’s and my parents are elderly and had a very hard time walking and carrying luggage.

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

It rained heavily there when we came off boat and stayed in customs until rain lighted up but was kicked out of customs. Also with ground lightning and heavy rains it took a very long time to board back on the ship.

Your complaints about the crowds and size of the pool make me think this is maybe your first cruise? Those things are pretty standard as far as I know, and unlikely to change. Unless you maybe go for a luxury cruise line, not sure if they’d be more to your liking.
