Review summary

Really enjoyed the experience. We took our family of 14 people (Babies, kids and adults). There was something for everyone.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Quick and easy. My only complaint is that the wheelchair assistance I had requested prior to departure was not offered to me. I would have had to specifically asked for it on the day so I am not sure why I needed to arrange it prior.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Really amazing! Our entire group loved Teppanyaki. We all agreed it was entirely worth the extra money.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
They were good but the popular ones were extremely busy. You need to get there at least 30 minutes early to get a decent seat.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Footloose was good.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Generally everyone was very nice.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Yes everything was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that trash cans were hard to find in the common areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Great cabin, loved the layout and that the bed was near the balcony.

Ship tip

Book a balcony. It was worth every penny to be able to walk on to it and view the Alaskan scenery.

Ports of call

Ketchikan, Alaska

5 out of 5
Small town with great family friendly bars and good food.

Juneau, Alaska

5 out of 5
The Mendenhall glacier is beautiful and worth seeing. But you have to do an excursion as it is about 30 minutes outside of town. But that does mean you are left with a very small amount of time in town for shopping and exploring.

SCENIC GLACIER CRUISING

5 out of 5
Absolutely wonderful! Hands down our favorite part of the cruise.

Skagway, Alaska

5 out of 5
The most touristy of all the ports but we had such a great time.

Victoria, British Columbia

5 out of 5
Beautiful city and worth getting off the ship to see. You do need to take transportation to get into town though as it was not walkable like the other ports.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Quick and easy.
