This was our first cruise and Norwegian knocked it out of the park. Everything was well planned from the moment you booked. We signed up for three more cruises and can’t wait to experience other ships. However I would have to say the Joy was truly enjoyable.

Everyone was professional and provide excellent service. I don’t think we were able to go more than 10 feet without someone greeting us and asking how our cruise was going. All team members were very engaging.

We were well taken care of. Our room was very clean upon arrival and throughout stay. Our butler provided great care and service and kept us informed.

A once in a lifetime and must do vacation. The Joy was a first class ship!
