Overall, a nice short vacation. All the staff were always very friendly and professional.

Amazing cruise, staff, and Buffett WAY better than carnival....On the boat in less than 45 minutes, off the boat in less than 35... People giving these negative reviews....are either unprepared, weird, or weird 🤣 ...No problems here... Going again in May on the Seaside.... Staff were fine and room was clean, with good a/c.... Just not sure about all of the bad reviews... We had NO complaints !!!

Don’t really get what all the negative reviews are about. Besides minor gripes like no free movies available on the cabin TV, only ones to rent for $10, no movies played on the big screen on the pool deck, and some of the bartenders that were in no hurry to take your order, I have nothing bad to say about the Jan 8th sailing. There may have been particular issues with other’s embark and debark because of things out of MSCs control, but this particular sailing was great all around from food to service to the whole experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with MSC again.

I have been on about a dozen cruises with RC and Carnival, but I will never sail with MSC again. The ship was beautiful, but the poor customer service and poor communication made it not worth doing again. Terrible embarkation and debarkation experience and really poor communication between the staff and guests. I felt like the crew didn't care if their guests were having a good time. The worst part of the whole cruise for me was when the crew member was clapping his hands in my face yelling at me. I had to leave my partially eaten lunch to go to the safety briefing.

This was a short weekend girls trip. In the price point it was fabulous for this. Highlight was the spa and the champagne bar. We spent an entire afternoon in the thermal suites and also got spa services. The spa staff was amazing and the facility could not have been better. The champagne bar had an extensive list of high-quality champagnes as well as sparkling wines and offered several variations of cocktails we tried one of each and were pleased with everything. The ship is absolutely stunning and our cabin was fantastic. Service throughout the ship was hit or miss we got some great service we got some so-so service we got some bad service. I don’t know if the bad service is because they are understaffed and overworked or if it’s just new employees. I would definitely say that MSC cruise lines is not a foodie cruise the food is adequate but there is nothing to wow on any of the menus. We didn’t go hungry but we were never excited about any of our meals. The theatre show was just ok just know that you cannot take cocktails into the theater so we had purchased a drink to take with us to the theater only to find out that we had to drink it before we could go in this is something that is not the norm on cruise lines so we were definitely surprised by this. We also paid the $18 to do the carousel lounge show it included a specialty cocktail which they have them premade and you get to choose from three on your way in which was a little strange but they were good. The show was fantastic and definitely worth the up charge. If you are looking for a budget friendly cruise this is definitely a great line to check out.

For a short cruise I had a really nice time. I will sail msc again but maybe not from port Canaveral. When you have a short weekend cruise and a 3-4 hour boarding delay it really puts a damper on the start of the trip.

We just got off of a quick weekend cruise yesterday. It was FABULOUS! I will say embarkation was not great, there was a lot of standing in line. However, once we reached the line to check in it was quick and the service was good. I have seen a lot of complaints and I have to say I am shocked. The only thing I can come up with to explain it is that these people feel entitled and are spoiled. We didn’t have anyone approaching us trying to sell us stuff, no one really talked to us unless we approached them. That’s just how we like it. I am on vacation so I want to enjoy my time. The food was excellent! When I was at the buffet they were putting out fresh food, restocking plates and silverware, and cleaning the line. Our server, Carlos, was great. He seemed rushed but he had a lot of tables and we had everything we needed and he made sure we were happy. Our room was perfect, we never saw our room steward but he/she kept it clean and tidy. The island was good. The line for food was a little long and in the summer it would have been too hot to wait. The food was good though. Overall I think MSC is great!

We decided to give MSC another try just to give it a fair chance. I don't foresee us sailing with them again. It just isn't the right choice for us.

Worst cruise ever. Very bad management. Staff not knowledgeable. Lines are long everywhere. One staff member says one thing the other something else. Very bad customer service.

Let me begin by saying I that I have been a true supporter of MSC since sailing on the Divina in December 2016 when they had just entered the US market. This recent cruise was my 6th with MSC, although first on Meraviglia, and up until now I have raved about them to friends and family. The negative experience began on day 1 after a rough embarkation, and finding the cabin not ready when it should have been, we patiently awaited the arrival of our checked luggage. By 6:30pm only 1 bag had arrived to the room. We went to dinner wearing what we had boarded the ship in. Upon returning to the cabin from dinner, the room was not made up for evening and the remaining bags had still not arrived. By 10:30pm the bags had still not arrived to room. Our room steward offered no assistance through this ordeal. We were told to go to guests services. Guest services attempted to assist in the location of the missing luggage. Ultimately we found it by walking the entire hallway to discover the bags were 20 cabins away outside of the wrong room. On top of that one of the bags was damaged. How long would our bags have sat in the hallway outside of the wrong room if we would not have gone looking for them? Again, how could no one notice this or even care? All in all we spent more time in the long line at guest services daily than we should have had to. My family and I made the best of the vacation because ultimately it is about being together. It was disappointing that there were so many issues caused stress during what should have been a relaxing week. After the experiences on this cruise it will be a while before we sail with MSC again. There was so much confusion and misinformation given and no one seemed to be in charge. MSC and the crew of the Meraviglia were completely unprepared for a sold out cruise and the number of guests who were onboard.

Overall this was a great relaxing cruise! I recommend.

MSC showed no concern for their passengers with regard to overall satisfaction and value. Safety and cleanliness were the top positive areas for them but when handing over 7k for a long-awaited trip that is hard to schedule these days as it is, I'd recommend booking with a Cruise line that is consistent and wants return passengers who had a good experience. MSC will no doubt be gone soon as a vacation choice if they continue to run their company so poorly. We truly feel duped and ripped off. Beware of classic bait and switch marketing.

Too much upselling.Missed our christmas meal as we turned up at 6.30 our normal booked time to be aggressively told we were too late our time had been changed to 6pm,we are a party of 12 none of us had been told.Half our party were 2.5 hours on tender back from Belise waiting to board ship.

I have been on one other cruise many years ago and had a great experience. It was with Carnival. This cruise was not good at all. It was my boyfriends first cruise and it was a disappointment. Couldn't stop at Ocean Cay and MSC did nothing to accommodate us for losing that experience and being at Sea for 3 days.Everything was based around fitness and spending money in their expensive shops. We saw one great show in the Broadway Theater which was The Christmas Show. The ship was at maximum capacity and was very crowded. The bartenders were good especially in the Casino. We don't gamble but went to the Casino for a change of scenery and to get our drinks.We will be sailing again but not on this ship.

Honestly, we thought we would have the same or better experience as SeaSide, but unfortunately the management in this cruise is lacking in the food quality and service quality not because the servers but rather the amount of customers needed more servers in order to be an efficient service. We had a great time because our goal is always to have family time and to build our memories. We laughed a lot and enjoyed each other. We slept good and of course we missed our beds… though… that’s normal. In conclusion, never again MERAGVILIA and MSC for now is not a possibility for us. However, it was cheap in comparison to other companies but not free 😑 I have tried different Cruises and Celebrity, Princess , Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian in order of importance are still our best options. This was my First Cruise and I was very disappointed with almost everything. Definitely not what I expected. I looked and planned for months. This was supposed to be a special cruise for not only me but my girlfriend as well and msc let us down.

First cruise post covid, was more than I could've expected. My next cruise is less than a month away and I can only hope it is half as good as this one.

La isla privada es hermosa , los tragos son muy buenos , el barco es moderno , los shows del teatro no son muy buenos y hay poco entretenimiento , el spa es encerrado y los restaurantes de especialidad valen la pena . Traten de agarrar una cabina en el lado derecho del barco para ver la isla privada los dos dias .
