Review summary

Worst cruise ever. Very bad management. Staff not knowledgeable. Lines are long everywhere. One staff member says one thing the other something else. Very bad customer service.

Dining room food less than fair. Buffet was undesirable. Food was room temperature, not hot and less than warm most of the time.

Never left the ship de to rain but it was a half hour tender ride to shore. People that visited the port complained especially returning to the ship. Took hours…
