Main dining room was outstanding! Great and wonderful servers. Buffet could use some improvements. Should have a menu change half way through cruise. The food was the same every night I mean we got fed, but the same stuff and some of it was weird food concoctions. Like for breakfast first two days we had great sausage, then by the third or fourth day the sausage was replaced with hotdogs! Even one morning we must have run out of ham so the ham and cheese omelets were hotdog and cheese omelets! Yuck! But over all it was a great cruise we were never hungry that’s for sure. Didn’t eat at any specialty restaurants but many did and the food smelled amazing. Ice cream at pool area and at water park. Longest lines the whole cruise.
Onboard Activities

Pools were great! Lots of interactive games with the cruise staff at main pool! The Bamboo pool deck was fun also very laid back and relaxing. Water park on top deck was fun also. Didn’t do the ropes course, but looked like fun! Didn’t do any gym time. No need for that I’m on vacation! Lol. Hot tubs were nice and hot!
Entertainment

We saw all the shows and they were top notch entertainer’s. Not some cheesy show but actually really professional singers and dancers! We had a blast every night at these shows!
Service and Staff

Everyone was very attentive and polite! Always being asked if I needed anything or if I was enjoying myself. Seemed like everyone enjoyed their jobs. Cabin stewards were amazing and tried to make our stay every bit enjoyable and stress free.
Ship Quality

Beautiful ship, always clean and sparkly! Even public bathrooms around ship were spotless and smelled clean. Lots of people leaving drink glass and cups everywhere! But they didn’t stay there long. Wish there were more trash cans for folks to toss trash. But not too much of an issue. Easy to get to anything. Elevator at each end and in middle. No traffic jams the whole cruise.
Cabin / Stateroom

junior Ocean view was smaller than I anticipated, but for just two it was fine. Luggage went nicely under bed after unpacking. Bathroom small but hey we are on a ship. Bed somewhat firmer than we like but cabin stewards tried to fix that by adding some padding! Always clean room when we came back for the evening.
Ship tip
Don’t get worked up over reviews, you make the cruise what you want it to be. We had fun and relaxed!
Thank you for the details in your review. It makes all the difference from someone saying, "The food is not very good" to describing MSC's digression into serving hot dog omlets.
