The ship was delayed to enter the port. Then the passengers were delayed to leave the ship. Thus the new passengers did not board till 1:00pm. Google or YouTube search it. I thought I was being matter of fact and not Karen-ish on it . Anyhow, things like this do happen. It is what it is.
