Review summary

Bad cruise bad staff nasty food. Lots of waiting almost 4 hours to get on the ship. If this was my first cruise I would have never went another cruise based of my experience. Luckily I have been on other great cruises. Now I know stay far far away from msc cruise ship 3

Nasty food with limited selection. Food was dry and bland and they was always out of things couldn't get vanilla ice cream till my last day

This was the reason why I'll never book a msc cruise again. My room steward was good but that's it. Everyone else was rude I can't count how many times I was just waiting at the bar or just waiting in general without as much as a glance in my direction me and my wife waited 20 plus minutes multiple times at the bar and it wasn't even that busy. We waited and waited seemed like for everything. Also my bad got lost so had to go down to guest service to grab it and bring it to my room

Cabin was Ok my only complaint is it was so hot ac did not get cold

Wait wait wait. That's all we did waited to get the fish cone for my kids they didn't have it. Waited for In line for vanilla ice cream we had to wait 20 more minutes. Chocolate we had to wait tmsince they were short staffed. The 2 minutes after ice cream my kids tell me they seen someone was handed the fish cone.

Use royal!!!! I’ve went on 3 with royal and then this one… you def won’t be disappointed

Sorry you had such a bad time but it sounds like you've never been anywhere at all much less a cruise if you are surprised and upset you had to (gasp) wait. Maybe a private yacht would be more your speed. VERY experienced cruiser here and we loved Meraviglia!!
