Review summary

Too much upselling.Missed our christmas meal as we turned up at 6.30 our normal booked time to be aggressively told we were too late our time had been changed to 6pm,we are a party of 12 none of us had been told.Half our party were 2.5 hours on tender back from Belise waiting to board ship.

I waited so long to leave the ship that they actually kick me off buy telling me its time to go sir. I had NO ISSUES, NO LINES, NOTHING stopped me when getting off the ship.

Lastly, When trying leave the on the last day. Wake up late. Take your time and have breakfast. Hopefully you have a late flight. Reasons being because learning the ship is usually total Kaos. You really don't want no parts of that. - get all your bills and balances paid the night before. - if you need any refunds back on your credit card do it the night before as well.

If you purchase the jetski excursion please PLEASE get there 30 mins before your set time. I can't stress this enough. If you come 5min or even 1min late they will tell you that your missed the instruction part of the excursion even when they are standing there STILL giving the information. You will NOT BE PERMITTED to participate in the session.

Bring a wireless speaker and download your favorite music on your phone. Have a few friends in your suite or room and party like it's 1999! The music on board is VERY one sided. No hip hop No rap No R&B No club No oldies

Sorry to hear about your trip. I had almost the same experience. What I've learned about MSC is ppl who sail with this cruise line MUST adjust you fun factor to YOUR liking. For example: - before going into a show or main dinning take a few straight shots of light or dark alcohol for reasons there's no alcohol or bars in these places. - if you are having breakfast or lunch in the market place go EARLY AS POSSIBLE. I stress this because sitting is very limited.
