Too much upselling.Missed our christmas meal as we turned up at 6.30 our normal booked time to be aggressively told we were too late our time had been changed to 6pm,we are a party of 12 none of us had been told.Half our party were 2.5 hours on tender back from Belise waiting to board ship.Embarkation
