Say you booked excursions through Carnival when you need to take a tender off ship! otherwise you wait in line for an hour and a half to be told people who booked directly get 1st seats and if you are like us and have a early morning excursion not booked thru Carnival you might miss it.

Get up early to reserve your seats for the day! If you are up and out by 7:30 you can save yourself a great lounge chair and then go off to breakfast and come back because people take the lounge chairs fast ! Dont book the expensive Aqua park at Atlantis. Its so over rated ! Glorified Water park

If I worked on a ship, I'd be the pizza chef; that is such a great idea and the pizzas are everyone's favorite food (that is, besides soft-serve ice cream). These two items pleased me; I had them every lunch time when I ate. My husband and I are in our 80's and normally skip lunch.

It can be hard to navigate with the particular layout of the ship at first: go through the casino and you'll be ok. :) In addition, book shore excursions in advance so you don't have to spend time on line on vacation!

On sea days be sure to go to breakfast in the dining rooms. Skip the buffet because the hot food is simply cold! Take the time to dine in because your food will be hot and you will meet new people!

Skip Belize unless you are going to snorkel or scuba dive. I was not impressed.

Wait staff terrific as always. I have never complained once in 20 cruises. Your cruise director couldn't even hold a normal conversation in the morning show. Just ridiculous bable with his assistant just nodding to his comments. Really dumb!

Service the ship thoroughly before debarking because once out on the ocean it's proven difficult for issues to be resolved.

The taste bar is amazing! My husband loves Pizza Pirate. I tried the burger and it was so freaking delicious. I'm not a huge beef eater, but I found myself going back a couple of times.

Hype the crowd up with crowd pumping music. That DJ was stubborn when one approached him for song requests.
