Overall, I enjoyed the cruise, but getting food poisoning was the worst and makes me hold back on five stars. And 4500 people on the ship is a lot to deal with. The Joy is a great ship and Bermunda is nice if you've never been. I went in June but would suggest going in Sept/Oct if you want to go to the beach and go in the water. The water temp was cold and I got in and out and that was it. I'd go again in five years.

Our cruise was amazing. The staff topnotch waiting on you. All great drinks and food. Footloose was awesome as well as the comedians and all other entertainment.

I was anticipating a much better experience. We were disappointed with the fact in order to get lounge chairs by the pool was an impossible task unless you were out there by 7:00am. I believe the ship was short staffed as there were a lot of bars not open.

I cracked my tooth in the local restaurant on the Joy, I called medical an they wanted to charge me $200. I said I cracked my tooth on your ship in your restaurant. She told me to.fill out an accident report an if they BELIEVED MEi would not be charged, but I'd they thought I was lying, then I would have to pay for a consultation an.then.pay again to see the doctor. In other words they accused me of lying. I will never sail with NCL again.

As our title said, it was nice to get away.Not sure what is going on with NCL.Seems they have cut back on just about everything while raising gratuties.Also i dont think they ever cut anyone off if drinking too much. Saw many people staggering , and even falling down drunk.

The overall experience was seamless. The crew were very attentive, joyful and well groomed. We really enjoyed NCW Joy and would consider the line and ship again.

Though weather related setbacks and delays are acceptable, the number of issues encountered during this trip are not acceptable. We were disappointed with this cruise and future NCL trips are in question for us!!!!

Overall, it was a satisfactory cruise. Food, Staff and ship were very good and we added to the ships economy / bottom line through the casino! This was one of the smoothest sailing ships we have been on. The ocean was very calm on most days and we really never felt any wave motion. However, the disembarkation stained an overall pleasant cruise.

Great cruise overall with the exception of some Haven perks lost since the shutdown. Concierge services were almost not existent. I think he was overwhelmed with the job or number of guest.

NCL did a great job overall. The employees were polite, competent and professional for the most part. We had an issue occur in one of the speciality restaurants and reported it to customer service. They handled it in a professional manner which satisfied us.

NIce ship. Good pace between ports and at sea days.

The Norwegian Joy is a great ship. We had the calmest seas we've ever experienced. The food and entertainment was wonderful as expected. Make sure to check out the observation lounge. It's a great place to relax and get a snack.

There are pros and cons with each cruise line. Lack of pools on a ship that has 2 days at sea was a big con. I would not go on NCL's Joy again, if sailing in the Caribbean. Overall food was very good.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our time on the cruise ship. We aren't foodies or really picky people. We loved the trip and it is right up our alley. Laid back people who just wanted to have fun and lay in the sun.

Typical NCL cruise full. Plenty to do eat and drink. Never felt crowded or rushed. Genuinely JOYful staff. Would recommend this cruise to everybody.

Casino personal were un helpful when ap machine fell open into my lap. Only concern was the machine

Too many people on ship and not enough to do/nor enough seating in the clubs or main areas, the theater can not hold alot to watch the enterainment

This was actually the worst cruise I’ve been on in years

Library had limited hours and no books of English language to take out; had to go that route since there was no magazines or books to purchase on the ship; there was no newsstand kind of store on the ship; food at the garden cafe was repetitive, fatty and always COLD; never had good American food other than cold burgers and cold pizza; very difficult to book specialty restaurants and shows since they were booked early prior to the cruise unless your were ok to eat at 9:30 at night or while in port during an excursion
