Poor dinning service each sit down meal took up to 3 hours and it was the worst disembarkment ever they called one zone after an other didn’t event let one zone clear before the next was called and called another hours before we got off the ship.

We had scheduled to get on the ship at 11:00 we didn’t get on until almost 3:00 very disorganized we asked if they were short staffed an they told us they were fully staffed

Pools were so over crowded you could not get a chair unless you got up very early and I was very excited to return to Norwegian we had just cruised Norwegian in Nov. and enjoyed it very much I can’t tell you what happened on this ship?
