Casino personal were un helpful when ap machine fell open into my lap. Only concern was the machine

Horrible, long lines outside and arrivals and departure all run together.

Dining was ok bust on departure day, no seating as rooms were ready sooooo late. Bars were a mess with rude grumpy bartenders and people pushing in line

Shows were good but people were let in after show started and stood in stairways trying to find seats in the dark.

Ok service. Room stewards were over worked and always cleaning our room when we arrived back from afternoon activities

Clustered lots of activities and games in 6th floor main area below the Locsl bar and dining making it impossible to hear.

Cluster , took forever to get off the ship and my son and daughter in law missed flights

Poor dinning service each sit down meal took up to 3 hours and it was the worst disembarkment ever they called one zone after an other didn’t event let one zone clear before the next was called and called another hours before we got off the ship.

Not very happy!
