Too many people on ship and not enough to do/nor enough seating in the clubs or main areas, the theater can not hold alot to watch the enterainment

We had 10:30-11:00 check-in time, we had to sit and wait in chairs until after 12:00 because the rooms weren't all cleaned, in which is fine but give later check-in times if we can't get on the ship to eat lunch.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

They were all very good!
Onboard Activities

Pools were nice but the adult pool was filled with younger children
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The two shows were great! We had to sneak in because you have to pre-order ahead of time, we did not realize you order before you leave the house, one person booked both shows two times, openings did not come up on the ship, we were able to get in and sit where we're not suppose to lol
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Very good except for one day I was in the shower (good thing I had a towel on) the steward was starting to make the bed (he was so shocked I was in there) I guess he couldn't hear the water running. Otherwise our room didn't get made up until almost dinner time, I guess they're short handed!
Ship Quality

Very clean and kept up
Cabin / Stateroom

On the days we could get clean towels or washcloths it was good, he said clean items were short handed due to them not being washed yet.
Getting off the ship took 1 1/2 hours in line :( and we carried our luggage out with us for our 11:30 departure from airport. We lined up at 7:45am, it was a nitemare! Have cruised 7 times and never ran into this. A big problem was we were called first to carry off luggage, okay but then to call the next group soon after so they in turn cut alot of us off!
My money is the delay has nothing to do with rooms not being ready. Last Norwegian cruise I took at spring break, some one ran up quite a tab and was not settling up. They would not release anyone to leave until the partiers settled their bill
