Review summary

Great cruise overall with the exception of some Haven perks lost since the shutdown. Concierge services were almost not existent. I think he was overwhelmed with the job or number of guest.

In Miami, the Haven “sitting” area was standing room only. Food and Beverage selection was minimal.

We stayed in the Haven area for most meals even though we had specialty restaurants reserved. The Haven restaurant does not require reservations and has good food. The Teppanyaki restaurant has not changed in years and way too loud.

None. Enjoyed the room and the view from the deck.

We had seen all the shows in the past.

Children's Programs

No kids. We went on this cruise because it was most likely not to have a lot of kids.

Service and Staff

Great with the exception of the Concierge. Butler and Steward were exceptional. Waiters and Waitresses were great also in the Haven.
