The Norwegian Joy is a great ship. We had the calmest seas we've ever experienced. The food and entertainment was wonderful as expected. Make sure to check out the observation lounge. It's a great place to relax and get a snack.

We arrived at 9:30 and got through the check in lines easily. The new Terminal in Miami is Beautiful. We got on the ship around 12:30 which is a little later than normal. Both our cruise and the previous were both sold out, so getting everyone off and back on is amazing how quickly they can perfrom that.

All the food was amazing as always. Make sure to eat in the main dining room when you can. To many new cruisers miss out of the quality of the Main Dining Room.

The shows on Norwegian are the best at sea. If you're a new cruiser, get to all the shows.

The staff across the ship are friendly and willing to help. If we have a complaint, it's the eliminating of the 2nd room service by your room Steward. Norwegian needs to bring that back our offer it as an additional service for a fee.

Book the shows as soon as you get on the ship. Don't be afraid of going stand by if you have to.
