Review summary

I was anticipating a much better experience. We were disappointed with the fact in order to get lounge chairs by the pool was an impossible task unless you were out there by 7:00am. I believe the ship was short staffed as there were a lot of bars not open.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
Total chaos no clear signs no announcements over load speaker even the employees were confused

Ship experiences

3 out of 5

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
The pool was very small and people were allowed to reserve lounge chairs and disappear

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Gold River and Sabor Latino were great also the comedians. Footloose was the worst show I have ever seen

No children

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Room steward was very nice but did not follow through with providing ice on a daily basis. We had to request every day.

Thanks for sharing your cruise experience! There seems to be a general feeling that service is still lacking in the cruise industry following 2 years of catastrophic issues with Covid. We, who love cruising, have two options: cruise and accept some bumps or don’t cruise. I know what my choice is! 😉

Embarkation and disembarkation have definitely taken a turn for the worse since cruising is back to capacity. The cuts they've made with port staff and entertainment are very noticeable. Very unorganized at the terminal and general knowledge isn't known by all the staff.
