The best part of the trip was the Norwegian Joy’s staff with their daily greetings and smiles. The ambience of the ship, comical baking contest with cake tasting included and the other activities all over the ship with some music bands by the pool to relax. We had vacation.

Buffets items loop warm and the dinning room were appropriate along with specialty restaurants were worth the extra $$. All the bars were friendly.

All areas were clean or being cleaned. There were never any cleanliness concerns including the bathrooms.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was clean as well as accommodating and the size was appropriate for two people. However, the bathroom could NoT accommodate two people.
Ship tip
The wheelchair access is poor for embarkation and disembarkation. Don’t waste your time.
My spouse needed wheelchair assistance for the long walk to the ship. It took two and a half hours to disembarking of the ship and due to transportation connections my spouse again decided to take the long walk off the ship.
