NCL did a great job overall. The employees were polite, competent and professional for the most part. We had an issue occur in one of the speciality restaurants and reported it to customer service. They handled it in a professional manner which satisfied us.

Fitness center was excellent. Spa was clean and my massage was great. Loved the mini golf and Observation deck! Huge negative was people staking out their lounge chairs for the day with towels and they were no where to be seen. NCL claims they remove towels after 15 minutes- NOT TRUE. Pools and hot tubs are a mad house.

Comedian Frank Townsend is going places- NCL is lucky to have him. Reminds me of Seinfeld the way he observes things and makes it hilarious! Elements was top notch, amazing show.

Extremely clean- wow! Personally we felt the race track and laser tag were a huge waste of space. Bring pickle ball courts!
We were expecting Great Stirrup Cay to be lame- IT IS FANTASTIC! Tons of comfy lounge chairs, food and drinks readily available, clean bathrooms. Super fun day! We noticed Royal Caribbean's island next door is much smaller and had 2 huge boats parked. Great Stirrup Cay was a nice relaxing end to a super cruise!
We took out own luggage off so it worked out fine. HOWEVER the porters cutting in front of the rest of us is unfair and should not occur. I can see having someone help you with your luggage but bringing loads of people to the front of the line while the rest of us are waiting is wrong. It jammed up the whole thing.
Interesting how some folks rave about a ship, while others rant about the same ship. Sometimes both are seen on the same trip. At least they had a good trip.
