Review summary

I cracked my tooth in the local restaurant on the Joy, I called medical an they wanted to charge me $200. I said I cracked my tooth on your ship in your restaurant. She told me to.fill out an accident report an if they BELIEVED MEi would not be charged, but I'd they thought I was lying, then I would have to pay for a consultation an.then.pay again to see the doctor. In other words they accused me of lying. I will never sail with NCL again.

Cagneys, the filet mignon was over cooked an like leather, we asked for medium cooked. They said the upcharge was $25 but it was really $30. LaCucina was horrible. The main dining was better but I waited for tea, never got it, when I got the tea, never got the milk or sugar. Waited so long to get the meal. Total kaos.

Appreciate your feedback. Sorry for your broken tooth. It’s my impression that dentistry is the one service not available on cruise ships. Sorry you were disappointed.
