The cruise was delayed due to an accident in the port. 6 hour delay. It seemed the ship was no prepared for this event. When we arrived back in Miami, the computers crashed causing another delay. Everything in between those events was good.

I paid for the OPEN BAR Package but I didn't get it. They told me that bc my 2nd passenger was 15 (not 21) I LOST that!! WHAT?? Norwegian put me on the phone with and the person I spoke to said I should have read the fine print. NO- shouldn't allow that to be a selection if you tell the age of who is traveling (which you have to disclose before you select the package you want). When I did go back and read the fine print it says "this is good for up to 8 people. If passengers 3-8 are under 21 this doesn't allow for soda package" However it doesn't say if passenger 2 is under 21! SOOOO that's a grey area and I just wish or Norwegian helped me with my bar package. Instead I had to pay another $1000 for the bar package plus $100 for the soda package-which just wasn't right.

Don't do it, not worth it at all! Find another cruise line or another ship at least!

It was a great 1st cruise experience. I'd do it again next time if we're blessed to cruise in the next few years. Wonderful memories made, wonderful people we met onboard and on the islands we visited. I always look at our pictures to reminisce and relive the experience. It was the best vacation we've had, way better than Disneyworld!

Very clean, easy to navigate and staff were great!

The cruise was an excellent experience once we were on the ship. Almost all aspects were well run and the service was top notch. Frankly, it was the best for any cruise I have done. The food and beverages were excellent. Entertainment was good with some excellent shows and some bad ones mixed in. The mini-suite with balcony was totally worth it (for a small family). My main complaint was the customer service prior to boarding was terrible and the Norwegian phone App is poor.

This was a good cruise option if you enjoy the beach life!

Excellent cruise experience! Food, Service and entertainment were outstanding! They always made you feel like you were special and that they knew you. It was a great time. ports of call were great with lots of excursion options. Especially like the zip line & snorkel with lunch excursion in Roatan booked through Cruise with Points. Very fun!

All four of us had a good time. Good food and shows.

First time on Norwegian, we will book again, felt very comfortable and relaxed great service. Loved the ship.

Love the NCL Escape but miss a nightclub (like Bliss). A casino bar is not a nightclub.

Average at best, most of the things were average, probably one of the worst cruise I have taken

I was not satisfied with guest services due to us being cash payments. They called us from our room and stated we have to pay our balance during day three or else all our cards will be deactivated and we will only have access to our rooms only. I’ve cruises many times before and I’ve paid my balance the day before disembarking and we were informed that we could not do that and would have to pay the balance before to guarantee we can pay for our services. Very unprofessional l. They also told me I could not receive my $50 credit for touring the islands because I did not book through the cruise line.

Very disappointed. This was my fiance first cruise. I wanted more elegant service like what I've had on other cruise lines. We will cruise again but not on Norwegian or a ship that is considered free style. When I pay thousands of dollars to go on a cruise, I expect quality service, not a DIY service.

I love cruising but make sure you fully understand your package as we missed out on access to the thermal spa because we didn't know we had it and no one gave us any type of orientation as first-timers in the Haven.

This was a terrible waste of time and money. I have cruised many times for 20 years. This was the worst! I will never cruise NCL again!!

Will think twice before booking with Norwegian again. The Mandara Spa package is what saved this cruise from getting a lower ranking. We will look at a smaller ship for our next cruise and likely return to RC brand.

Was a great week to get away. Great room steward and friendly and accommodating staff. Booking thru Mariott made it easy.

NCL is the perfect cruise line to take at any given time. We are avid Celebrity Cruise line when we travel by ourselves (couple) but love NCL with friends and family Please make it your own and enjoy!!
