This was a terrible waste of time and money. I have cruised many times for 20 years. This was the worst! I will never cruise NCL again!!

Food was never hot. The selection was fair. Have to pay for room service. You can't get anything to take back to your room after 10 because the lido deck closes the buffet.

Hardly every saw the room stewart. Our room had dirt on the counter and fingerprints on the sliding glass door when we arrived. I had to go to guest services to complain about the cleanliness of the room. Wait staff was pleasant, but not like on other ships. They are guaranteed a tip now and have no insentive. Could not get bar service in the casino very often. They rarely came around.

The buffet area had dirt several times on the floor. I had to get someone to clean up messes so that other guests didn't fall. Smoking was everywhere in the casino. There are designated smoking areas on the ship, however, there is a no separation in the casino.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our room had fingerprints on the glass sliding door as well as dirt on the counter top. I had to go to guest services to complain. The room stewart never took glasses from the room. The temperature would not cool down at night.
Ship tip
Save your money and find another cruise line. Celebrity is by far the best one that I have cruised on.
