Review summary

I love cruising but make sure you fully understand your package as we missed out on access to the thermal spa because we didn't know we had it and no one gave us any type of orientation as first-timers in the Haven.

Food was pretty good as usual; expected more variety or at least a different daily menu in the Haven. Wait staff in complimentary restaurants had a habit of bringing out multiple courses at the same time, unfortunately.

I thought it was a little small for a "suite", but overall comfortable. The jets in the tub didn't work and a small section of the floor was damaged. It was kind of weird to have the bathtub in the actual bedroom, but at least we had a separate bath and shower.
