Review summary

The cruise was delayed due to an accident in the port. 6 hour delay. It seemed the ship was no prepared for this event. When we arrived back in Miami, the computers crashed causing another delay. Everything in between those events was good.

If you were in charge what would you have done differently? If you say they mismanaged it. I would think you had a better plan.

I was on the other end of this and was awaiting the ship in dock. The original poster is correct, NCL botched their management of the issue. No one is blaming them for the incident, how they reacted and pivoted poorly is the issue.

Hardly fair to blame NCL for something they could not prevent or expect. It’s not like they can simply pull up to another port when Miami is suddenly closed due to a fatal boating collision. Not like this is a common occurrence that you can have alternate plans for.
