Review summary

Was a great week to get away. Great room steward and friendly and accommodating staff. Booking thru Mariott made it easy.

Embarkation

Norwegian asked us to provide a time to embark, yet their process didn't work that way. Still had to stand in line and no distinction for latitudes members.

Drinks were great (had drink package) and Manhattan Room was very good (great sommilier). Garden Cafe need more omlette and eggs to order stations. Need a food station near the pools.

Great bed, nice balcony. Great room steward.

Ship tip

This was the first big ship from Norwegian that we have sailed on. Their smaller ships are a bit more incident.

Went to Jost Van Dyke on Marriott excursion. Larger boat, later departure time, smaller group and a bit of a journey to get to white beach made this excursion very interesting.

Disembarkation

Delayed. They were using facial recognition to debark but the computers were down. After about 45 minutes, we scanned our cards to get off the ship.
