Never sail on Norwegian, they will nickel and dime you to death. There is nothing to do on the ship.

We sailed The Escape during March Spring Break and had a great time! Yes ship was crowded but we still found fun places to hang out and relax! Food was excellent and service very good. Cabin was as described I will continue to sail NCL!

As others said......why did it such so bad. Were you expecting a certain level of service and didn't receive it, did someone say no to you, who knows, but when something goes wrong, and it will or can, if you let it ruin your cruise it will, or you can just go and have a great time. I had issues on my Norwegian Gem cruise with maintenance issue and although they went on for 5 days, I didn't let it ruin my cruise, but I did have to go to guest services to let them know it was persisting, and I was moved to a different cabin and I enjoyed the rest of my cruise without letting the issues of previous cabin ruin tge remaining 6 days. It's all perspective, and letting a bad experience ruin the cruise isn't in your best interests

We loved the Escape. I can’t really disagree with any of your reasons for why you think the ship is so bad though because you didn’t give any. Sorry if you weren’t able to enjoy the experience like we did.

Just like everything else in society, there’s things people hate and things people LOVE. I just took the NCL Escape in January, it was my first cruise ever. My son and I met some of the most incredible people. I loved it so much I booked the same ship in January ‘24. It’s a shame this app allows you to post such horrible rating without details of what was so bad. The food was good, the service was exceptional, the entertainment was exciting. If you have specific questions about this boat, message me…I’ll give my honest, unfiltered feedback.
