the cruise was great but too long after 10 days we were bored.

It felt amazing to get back onto a cruise after 2 years. COVID still hasn't gone away, however, the pre-cruise testing was quick and efficiently run. Cruise was less than 50% capacity so no queues or waits onboard. As always, clean and smartly decorated. Food and drinks fantastic. Gym classes great; we enjoyed Spice H20 adults only area for a more chilled, 'quiet' outdoor daytime experience and both the Jersey Boys and Aretha Franklin shows in the theatre were superb.

Overall a very pleasant & relaxing cruise. Ship was laid out differently from others we’ve been on. Liked the specialty restaurants, but didn’t much like paying for them. Deck 15 observation lounge was a great place to relax & read a book. Racetrack was neat, but very underused. Really enjoyed the free drinks.

Cruise was great but NCL blew us off. The testing that we paid for on board was mid handled and our tests got contaminated so we couldn’t get home. Our test tubes where not bagged but handled by various people and tested inside a van with many others not in separated containers/bags We had to get another test completed that night at the airport which was sealed immediately and sent to a proper lab and we both came back negative. So we are out money for extra tests and new flights. It was disgusting that NCL washed their hand off the situation when we paid good money for tests that they had at the port. They should have paid for our second test and ensured we had guidelines off all necessary steps to get us home safely when they managed our whole booking from start to finish. But blow off us is disgusting

Ryan Tran, my "personal cruise consultant" lied about several things. First, excursions are not "free". They are only 50 dollars off for one person, if you question that, the rehearsed reply is "well, there are excursions that are 50 off", but that still doesn't include the second person, at all. Second and most important, is their "name change" policy. At no point did he ever say that we needed to provide a middle name. Every time we talked, never discussed, only vague emails about name changes. We never provide a middle name to fly Alaska, and it is never an issue, even with TSA pre check, we don't need to worry about middle names. He calls my wife and says he needs the middle name, and says he will waive the 50 dollar fee a few days ago. Now today, they charged a 150 dollar per person fee to change our name, when it is not needed. Put me on hold for an hour, to speak to a supervisor, Mario, #26271 from Miami, who gleefully upheld charging me 300 dollars to add a middle name to my flight when it isn't needed. So 450 dollars worth of "free escursions, and 300 dollars in unneeded name change fees tacked on last minute, this is straight up lies and deceit. I will never travel on this cuise line again, I've been on Carnival and Celebrity, and never been shaken down like this before

We were happy to be able to experience being on this huge ship with such low occupancy. This will never happen again, I am sure. Happy Norwegian required 100% vaccination rate and almost all of the guests followed the mask requirements. Even in the ports of Mexico, most wore masks. I felt safe.

Great overall trip, ship was very quiet which was a bonus. Ports of call were really good and had lots to offer.

Fabulous!!! Embarkation, Covid testing so well organized. Disembarkation was perfect. We are long-time cruisers and so much of what used to be aggravating is no longer. We now cruise exclusively on Norwegian.

I have already recommended the NCL Bliss to family and friends. After being on most of NCL's fleet, this was a treat and a highlight!

So this is our second day on this ship. I warn you please please stay away from this cruise line at all costs and this ship in particular. If you have booked it already cancel right away. We have waited in lines now for two straight days. We were promised amenities like free drinks and internet and then told they were not on our account. We have been spoken to rudely. They charged us more than the whole cruise already and it is day 2 because we were supposed to include items they just didn’t include. They don’t give one care about their guests on this ship. There is a line of 30 people complaining today and yesterday there was 50. We waited a total of 3 hours today and 3 hours yesterday in lines. I pray that you are reading my review before coming on this ship because I will be saving you the worst trip of your entire life. We have been on 20 cruises and this is like staying at a motel 6 at sea except the people are much ruder. Every step you take they are trying to take your money. They purposely close their free restaurants early so that you have to pay to eat. I don’t mind paying a little but understand that everything promised

This gorgeous, large ship was less than half full (due to COVID booking policy) so it was never crowded anywhere. It was a dream come true. Sad that it likely won’t be like that for long.

So, we have been on this ship before and it didn’t disappoint. The Bliss is big, beautiful, clean and well organized. The staff from waiters, bartenders, stewards and support staff were all amazing. Food, fantastic. The itinerary was not our favourite, but this trip was more a mental health getaway and we enjoyed the ship immensely. My only small complaint was the quality of the wine included in the UBP. Difficult to find a decent wine and they even took the house “East West” line off the package. Naughty, naughty I guess they need to recoup some Covid losses. Overall though, loved the cruise.

For those that said this was a bogus review I added the pictures of the crew bar from outside the front window of my Haven Forward facing penthouse. I was looking forward to this cruise so much. I booked a room in the Haven and had watched so many videos and read so many reviews. Little did I know that my cruise would be a nightmare with a very horrible customer experience. To start off with I was booked into a Haven suite room that was right in front of the crew bar. Do not get me wrong the crew deserve relaxation just as much as a guest but without soundproofing the crew could have just been sitting in my room with me with how loud the crew bar was. It also literally took guest services not believing me and sending 2 security guards to my room in the middle of the night to listen to the crew bar at which point they also heard how loud it was. I was then forced to move rooms and the new room had an obstructed balcony. The worst part of the experience was the crew was told who the culprit was of getting their crew bar closed earlier and I was made fun of and talked about by the crew. It was a horrible experience that I would not wish on anyone at all.

The Mexican Riviera cruise is simply divine. As a couple in their late 30's, this cruise had everything to offer for us. My husband and I are Mexican Nationals, but never visited the west coast of the country. We loved all the ports of call except for Ensenada. That should be dropped from the itinerary. Even with the COVID restrictions, the cruise was simply amazing. We highly recommend NCL!

This was the first real vacation since COVID started. I was a little apprehensive at first, but NCL had a lot of precautions in place to make us feel safe. Once we passed our COVID test during embarking, we were not required to wear a mask on board. The crew all wore masks and were fully vaccinated. For 2021 sailings, NCL was only sailing with at most 60% guest capacity. On our sailing, we were at 30% (around 1700 guests). It was nice to have the space, no lines or crowded elevators. It felt like we had returned to normalcy while onboard. While in the various ports , we were (of course) required to adhere to any local mask mandates. We only had to show our cruise cards at the ports, though we did carry our passports with us.

Overall we loved the Norwegian Bliss ship. It’s beautiful and clean and enjoyed the amazing venues and entertainment. The Norwegian Cruises model of charging extra for every little thing instead of one all-in charge was disappointing. We just had the best time however and met some great people.

Just do it. It was nice not have very many children on the ship because they are not vaccinated!

To be fair we have taken this cruises multiple times. I think NCL does it as well as any cruise line if not better. The ports are very familiar and comfortable. There is little that is new for us.
