Review summary

Food and service was exceptional! Thanks to NCL!!

Embarkation

Fairly smooth process. Drop off area was not overcrowded and porters were at the ready to offload luggage. The reason that I didn’t give a 5-star rating was the lack of clarity on where handicapped individuals should be dropped off. I had to wait 45 minutes for a wheelchair.

Ship experiences

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved our cabin! I liked that there was a USB port on the light next to the bed. Plenty of storage space between the closet and lots of shelving. Our steward Ronaldo was wonderful and took great care of us. Not used to sleeping in a twin size bed, but made it work!

Ship tip

Please alert staff if you have any food allergies. The staff will bend over backwards to accommodate you. If sailing out of San Pedro and you require wheelchair assistance, request to be dropped off at the Pier 93 main entrance.

It was the smoothest experience ever! You only needed your ship card to depart the ship. They use facial recognition at immigration so you don’t even need to have your passport out. Porters were available to assist with luggage. As a handicapped passenger I was off the ship and on the bus for the airport within 15 minutes!
