This was my first cruise as I wanted to see if I liked them. Wrong choice for first experience. I will cruise again but not this option. Filled with people that joined the cruise just to see how drunk and obnoxious they could act.

Would go on another NCL cruise again. Love the Haven. In fact, we have two more booked next year!

This was my second Bliss tour to Alaska, and well worth it all. The ship’s entertainment is one reason I love the ship, the itinerary is exciting and overall, the vacation is what you make of it. All staff were helpful, friendly, accommodating, and hardworking, making our vacation a memorable experience.

It was amazing experience. We enjoyed the Slient Disco, karaoke and the splash academy for the children. The staff at Q Texas steakhouse was amazing

Had a wonderful time. So glad Ketchikan port was missed due to a storm. We really enjoyed the longer time in Victoria. We did feel there was not enough to do on the ship during the sea days. Also, it was strange we could drink all the alcohol with our package but could not get bottled water. Oh well fun was had by all!!

Loved Alaska and loved NCL Bliss. Our room was perfect, the food was good, entertainment was great and loved the thermal spa ($$$).

Best vacation that the Wife and I have enjoyed all thanks to the NCL Bliss Staff, we can't wait for our next NCL cruise.

This was such an amazing trip! I'm not really a cold weather girl, but it was super mild. The Mendenhall Glacier, Nugget Falls, Dyea Rd and the Musher's camp with sled dog pups were amazing excursions. Just the beauty of the land and nature was breathtaking! I'll definitely be doing it again!

Overall, we can’t wait to go back. Truly no complaints other than we had to come back home!

Super fun, Bliss is the best ship doing Alaska and we were always the biggest ship at port. Incredible views, make sure to get a balcony, totally worth it!

Disappointed to miss two ports due to weather. Management did not handle it well, provided confusing credits that were not sufficiently explained to passengers.

This was our first cruise and we enjoyed it, except for my wife's sea-sickness during the at sea days.

Overall, the cruise was great. We enjoyed it even though we got sick. Our only complaint was you CANNOT use the non-refundable credit to pay for tips. We found out the hard way and lost almost all of our credit. We had saved the money for this only to learn that we could not use it for that and too late to use it on the ship.

Had a great time. Great shore excursions. Great food.

Wonderful experience except for the rain. We did have rain almost everyday but this is what happens in Alaska and most are not aware of this. Pack in layers temperature for really fluctuate. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sights of Alaska. A trip definitely worth taking

This cruise (Alaska specifically) was a bucket list trip for us and we had not cruised in years so it was almost like a brand new experience. Norwegian was fantastic, well organized and I will definitely sail with them again. The staff, the ship, the activities, the excursions, the overall experience could not have been better.

It was amazing! So much to do and one of the best experiences of my life. I will never forget it.

Great weather and a really nice family cruise. Only thing missing was the Northern Lights!

Alaska was beautiful! We were lucky that it did not rain at all the whole cruise. It was warm and sunny the whole time. This is very rare. The crew is polite but under staffed. The ports all need a shuttle to access the shopping area. Kudos to NCL for havinng a handicap only elevator during port. I wished other cruise lines did this.

This would have been a nice cruise with a smaller ship, fewer people, better times in port, and a crew that was not overwhelmed trying to care for 4000 people. The Bliss has lots of amenities, but loses the ability to maintain itself when fully booked. For those multigenerational families looking to go to Alaska, consider going in the off peak weeks-- 4000 people on a ship in July is stressful. Save some stress and money and don't do it. Consider early June or late August instead--it may be a more tricky schedule, but such a better experience.
