September and October can be iffy for cruises in Southeastern Alaska, due to the heavy rain, high winds, and heavy seas prevalent in the area during mid-September through October. I'm sorry you encountered those. July and August are the months with the best chance of sunshine and easy winds.

We sailed the cruise right before you and had a great time so we were disappointed to read that that had happened on the cruise after ours. The article simply said due to weather but didn't elaborate. Very sorry your cruise wasn't as good as it could have been.

Hmm, you say you missed ports however your port ratings are from 2-4 starts. If you missed ports why are you rating them?
