Review summary

Two of our ports were canceled due to a storm. We only compensated $150 per stateroom which I thought was insufficient. The other ship the Encore, who was docked at the same port in Juneau, got to continue on their itinerary. Other than that, the cruise was great.

Embarkation

Garden Café

3 out of 5

The food was nothing spectacular, but it works if you don’t want the formal dining.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Went on the go cart racing, safety is a concern. Rear ended violently and the driver got to continue and didn’t get removed from the race track.

Mandara Spa

2 out of 5

I cotton 3 different prices for a day pass.

Fitness Center

4 out of 5

Great layout and machines for working out when it’s raining outside.

Bliss Speedway

2 out of 5

Poor security or policing of radical and unsafe drivers

A little confusing, but we got through it. I saw people with disabilities struggling a little with layout of the Seattle port.

Glad you mostly enjoyed the cruise. If you read through the policies, the only thing they actually owe you for a missed port is a refund of port fees. They were being generous by giving you $150, that’s more than required.
